I agree entirely with you on this - she should win her case at it was a blatant unfair dismissal because the outcome was entirely prejudiced by that pompous fuckwit Ed Balls. She may win her case but the media will portray her as Cruella De Ville making money by getting off due to a legal technicality, otherwise known as an actual failure to adhere to employment law. The gutter press will make her look as if she has obtained blood money and is dancing on the grave of a dead, abused child. She may win but she will also lose whatever the outcome. She was a classic political and media scapegoat.
