We are back

It would appear that we are back after legal thtreats to Webfusion caused them to panic. So we are now offshore in the US where bloggers are protected by freedom of speach legislation.

No doubt certain people will still try to pursue us but good luck to them.

Where next? Oh yes Wikileaks :-)

  3. Wilt and team...

Sorry it came to this, but I am sure you're now a lot safer than when under my own wings.

Glad to see you managed to get it all set up again easily, I told you it was a doddle!

So far as the bully-boy tactics used to shut down the site previously, if only they would have approached us directly, or yourselves, and asked nicely, I'm sure we'd have obliged.

I'd like to take the opportunity to thank:

Firstly, Webfusion, for being cooperative, attentive and patient in the matter. Although I do think the Webfusion policies lacked a certain degree of backbone.

I'd also like to thank Wilt and the cohorts at Regulator Watch, including Salty Dog, without whom the whole thing would have escalated to a ridiculous and childish 'telling tales' affair. Even though you're no longer clients, and the relationship has ended, I feel the last couple of weeks has been a good lesson to me, and I'd like to keep in touch! You're all wiser and infinitely more clued-up than I'd ever aspire to, so thanks again.

Can I also thank Mrs Calleja, and her band of merry men at Simons, Muirhead and Burton for their patience, and ultimately for the time and money invested in giving us a challenge to rise to.

Although we're now out of the equation, we'll continue to follow the crew at R.W. as they embark on what is hopefully a new and fruitful journey.

And Salty Dog: If you're ever in the area, let me know... it'd be great to meet face-to-face (or face to snout?) and share a glass of the good stuff whilst sharing tales of the high seas!

    So long, but not farewell...
