Thousands...................

It’s a record; the highest activity on Regulator Watch was on the day that the Government announced the transfer of the GSCC (http://www.gscc.org.uk/Home/) to the Health Professions Council.( http://www.hpc-uk.org/ ).

The number of visitors reached thousands rather than hundreds. It included the GSCC and HPC, various government agencies and even parliamentarians (we will spare their blushes).

Wilt predicted the demise of the GSCC 12 months earlier – he has been proven right. Thus the effect of Regulator Watch has been positive and effective. Most visitors were however grass roots members of the public and social care workers, plus other bloggers – thank you all for your support.

  1. Dear Wilt
It has been a good year for Regulator Watch. We have got rid of James Plasket M.P. Mrs C arrested has been arrested. We can celebrate the demise of GSCC. Our press briefing has ensured that every L.A. and press agency is aware that Mrs C has been arrested and may face a jail sentence. Not only has Mrc C become a celebrated lunatic, she is a lunatic in deep trouble. Even the good civil servant from Buckingamshire has told me he has spread the word of her arrest around London like yellow fever. BAAF and The Fostering Network are still celebrating her arrest.

We trust you are enjoying your sojourn and are in good fettle.

I have (only ever so lightly) modified your post – you implied that Regulator Watch was responsible for the arrest of Mrs C. That of course is the responsibility of others. We have however been responsible for passing on the FACTS. I think we might just however take some credit for highlighting the GSCC are a quango worth losing.

Well, Wilt is away tomorrow on business up North for a week – splendid hotel. I’ve packed my swimming trunks and already booked myself into the gym. Wait till those women see my bulging muscles. However no time for hanky-panky and besides which Mr & Mrs Wilt have a conventional monogamous relationship - I do what I am told!

I will be keeping in touch with Regulator Watch whilst away but I hope you and the other regulators find time to do so too.

The next part of the Mrs C and the GSCC story is ready but pending publication we want to see what happens with the police investigation – we do not want to interfere with evidence in an active investigation. Besides, Wilt is under instructions not to publish by certain other interested parties, for the same reason – and they wrote it!

In the mean time, tons of other files are ready for analysis/publication – we might not be Wilileaks http://wikileaks.org/ yet but we are getting there. It seems the FBI is to get involved in the Wikileaks debacle.

Has Mrs C been to the FBI yet?

Of course the difference between the Wikileaks matter and the Mrs C matter, the allegation is that Wikileaks endanger others whilst you, others and Wilt are attempting to save the world from Mrs C. Our mission is therefore sanctified!

  3. Oh dear, Mrs C has had her T-mobile mobile and Cloud network access temporarily blocked. She would have woken up on Sunday morning and immediately attempted to look up Regulator Watch and been bewildered why she could not.

This could easily be a Gordon Brown Nokia moment (throwing her mobile across the room).
Personally, Wilt did not get up from bed till 09:30, whilst Mrs C was probably there on Regulator Watch until very late into the evening the night before and probably (she usually is) early the next morning – she is back in Leamington Spa. Her travels are over for the moment, it seems.

What will she do until she can next access Regulator Watch? She could of course just take a day off – she does not do so usually.

  4. The Wilt has arrived safe at his hotel – quite nice too and for a Sunday early evening the M40/42 & 6 was reasonably clear. Done the prep work for tomorrow and we settled down to a few pints of cider; yummy – not bad for up north.

It seems poor Mrs C cannot access Regulator Watch – it is very unlikely she would not have attempted. She will be extra busy and frantic over the next few days trying to find ways to get access – we will know when she has achieved it; her ‘click’ activity always gives it away.

Wilt will however be keeping Regulator Watch cosy warm and comforted – only probably in the evenings however. Should be back to the office Friday am, and then repack for the flight on Sunday – which reminds me I need to book a car park at the airport.

    Which airport was it?

    Wilt
